Responsibilities

Process:
Manage Market Data process.
- Support and monitor day-to-day work processes and meet Production and Service Level Agreement.
- Processes Review and adhere Service Level Agreement for all services delivered.
- Right level of cooperation with new managers of MRF in GSC.
- Analysis of daily KPIs and performance/productivity metrics.
- Identify and anticipates stakeholders requirements, expectations and needs
- Track efficiency and performance against stakeholders requirements.
- Provide management reporting on operations, including statistics on volume, productivity, new development and service impact to clients.
- Coordinate & manage the external audit & inspection requirements
- Lead/Participate in various projects and initiatives to enhance and improve operational efficiency through technology and other means
Client Focus
- Maintain effective professional relationship with stakeholders
- Establish prompt and effective resolution of client/stakeholders / onshore partners issues
People and Transversal teams
- Promote cooperation and commitment with the team towards the attainment of department goals
- Monitor team performance against performance goals to ensure progress is being made and corrective action taken when necessary.
- Co-ordinate & collaborate with various Transversal groups (Risk, Delivery Excellence, Admin, Audit, HR, Finance and L&D)
Others :
- Effective participation in MRF Executive Committee discussions & significant contribution in Strategic initiatives.
- Volunteer to pick and drive organizational initiative by coordinating with all SPOCs across all the teams.
- Highlight Appropriate Risks on the several topics being discussed to arrive at the Best Possible approach

Profile required

  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate a history of consistent academic and extracurricular achievements
  • Strong communication and articulation skills
  • Experience in people management
  • A detail-oriented, methodical approach, a creative and logical thought process, and high levels of commercial and financial awareness
  • Act as an interface with other divisions of the bank, for example, liaising with traders and ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
  • recruit, train, and coach team members, organize team meetings, manage team members, and have responsibility for individual and team appraisals
  • Ensure client protection rules are adhered to make sure that processes are constantly improving, and participate in step-change improvement projects
  • Manage projects such as analyzing a system, identifying, and specifying developments and improvements, and coordinating the testing and implementation of new systems.
