Responsibilities
Profile required
Demonstrated excellence in domain knowledge and operational management skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder and people management skills. Ability to visualize and execute process enhancements. Proven understanding of regulatory and risk framework. Proven capability in executing small to medium level projects.
- 10+ years in IT environ environment working with multiple disciplines to deliver projects in line with customer needs
- Experience in Corporate Services (Risk/Compliance/Finance) environment is a plus
- Having excellent risk analysis skills having good detailed understanding of the Credit Risk subject, reporting & IT systems
- Significant experience in a customer service role and business management role
- Knowledge in Credit Risk and/or Structural Risks is a plus
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural competence
- Proven delivery excellence
- Comfortable working in a matrixed organization with excellent communication
- Strong leadership qualities and a passion for building high performing teams
