  • As a member of the feature team working for CST  on agile @scale model, you are responsible for development & implementing high quality application, enterprise grade and usable User Interfaces(UI's) and high quality API's.
  •  Strong communication skills and influencing skills – Managing communications and relationships with global stakeholders 
  •  Managing and owning team’s code quality in terms of using right practices, right code coverage
  •  Good experience in leading change within a team, especially around testing and quality practices.
  •  Requirement and impact analysis either for new business requirements or for modifying existing application

Profile required

  • Require 3+ years of experience in Windows based application development using C++, VC++ programming and MFC.
  • Strong knowledge in  C++, Visual C++ /Pro*C and SQL & PL/SQL Programming; 
  • Solid understanding of fundamentals in Core Programming, Object Oriented design and programming concepts
  • Thorough knowledge of the standard library, STL containers, and algorithms
  • Operating system- Windows
  • Experience in high level and low level design using UML & Design Patterns 
  • Investment Banking experience is a big plus
  • Experience in creating, enhancing and executing unit tests using test driven approach.
  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Knowledge of the latest C++11 standard is appreciated
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration, Test driven development and Continuous delivery is a big plus
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN etc.,)
  • Configuration Management and Release process
  • Production Support
