  • Daily monitoring of job statuses and troubleshooting

  • Provide Level 2 and 3 support wherever applicable

  • Fulfill change management process and deploy code changes

  • Quality Assurance for new enhancements

  • Setup automated scheduler

  • Perform infrastructure upgrades and patching

  • User request management

  • Provide monitoring and support during maintenance and infrastructure weekends

  • Perform problem analysis on incidents, identify root cause and provide workarounds

  • Enhance monitoring and controls on applications and identify opportunities to automate

  • Ability to read code and develop intermediate-level scripts and programs to support complex applications

  • Ability to work with APIs and write programs to develop or call existing APIs

  • Coordinate with teams in Bangalore, Paris, Canada and the USA

  • Manage communication and expectations with business users

  • Ability to prioritize production issues based on business impact and urgency

  • Ensure production environment is stable with minimal impact on business

Profile required

  • Experience using scripting languages (powershell, batch, unix, and etc)

  • Experience with relational databases

  • Agile development experience

  • Programming background in object-oriented language such as C#/Java

  • CI/CD expérience is a plus (Docker)

  • Knowledge in financial industry is a plus

  • FRM and/or ITIL Certification a plus

  • Bilingual English and French required
