Digital Marketing for Cross Asset Research Trainee
Description of the Business Line or Department
The candidate will join the digital marketing team, within the Global Markets Division of SG CIB. Together with the Chief Digital Marketing office, the candidate will work on the digital diffusion strategy of the content produced by the Research department (GRS).
Summary of the key purposes of the role
- Assist the Chief Digital Marketing Officer in the implementation of the digital diffusion strategy of the content produced by SG CIB Research department, using the most appropriate and efficient communication channels (email, web, video, podcast, social media, surveys)
- Work in cooperation with the Digital Office on the redesign and maintenance of the SG Markets Research & Insight website
- Monitor and optimise the performance of the website, emails and videos to continuously improve user journey as well as generating and nurturing new business leads
- Develop digital marketing activity to support relevant channels using external clients, competitive research and market development
Summary of responsibilities
- Manage all email marketing campaigns from strategy to testing, template creation and production
- Monitor and optimise the SG Markets Research & Insight website platform to continuously improve user journey
- In charge of monitoring KPIs to develop client readership and website traffic
- In charge of the creation of marketing assets and campaigns to promote SG Research franchise and content
- Organize the diffusion of social media push in coordination with the Communication department
- Ability to learn quickly and implement new digital tools (video / audio editing, website management, landing pages creation, marketing newsletters)
- Coordinate various projects with different departments within Global Markets
- In charge of competitive watch

WORK EXPERIENCE
A first experience in marketing, digital or advertising would be desirable
EDUCATION
Higher Education is a prerequisite.

Fluent English
