Innovation - Digital product manager role 

Evangelism/Opportunity management
  • Actively demonstrates digital transformation mindset in proposals, pitches and actions.
  • Engage with business, operations stakeholders/IT filere to understand business requirements, needs, problems to spot right opportunities
  • Performs market analysis of product capabilities to find existing offers and builds key differentiator
  • Performs technology due diligence with the help of experts to find out fitment of the product
  • Has strong imagination skills to document and communicate AS-IS and TO-BE process scenarios.
  • Prepare representations of target solution and reviews it with architects, functional experts.
  • Demonstrates thoroughness in his work to arrive at transformation business cases with well justified ROI calculations.
  • Keenly gathers feedback, review comments and feeds it back to product backlog
PoC, Project, product lifecycle management
  • Performs impact, effort analysis and arrives at estimation, pricing with reusable templates.
  • Arrives at resource, skill needs for project scope and actively provisions it.
  • Maintains and shows the big picture of target solution and it’s impact and explains it to the team MVP/PoC to retain focus.
  • Plans the project, PoC along with key milestones and tracks the progress. Anticipates possible bottlenecks and highlights it to management.
  • Implements agile practices thoroughly to deliver MVP, PoC and implementations
  • Strives for quality of code, deliverables along with architecture adherence.
  • Delivers governance and reporting requirements for the products, PoCs, projects implementations.
Demonstrations, pitches
  • Performs product/implementation demonstrations and sales pitches to key stakeholders
  • Continuously perform branding of products through Gurukul, conferences, sessions etc
Stakeholder, people management
  • Manages stakeholders, relationships by demonstrating them continuous progress.
  • Manages team members who are technical experts.

Profile required

  • Has built his career with prior IT experience (12+ years) either on functional stream (BA) or on technical stream (TL).
  • Has a track record in successfully delivering CTB projects as project manager.
  • Demonstrates curiosity, passion towards understanding business process, technology.
  • Has transformational mindset and able to make change proposals to stakeholders, counterparts.
  • Has built trustworthy relationships, managed stakeholders and technical expert team members.
