E-Banking Client Solutions Specialist (Associate)
Responsibilities
Base Salary Range: $78,000 - $140,000
Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience.
Assist the Global Transaction & Payment Services (GTPS) Sales team with the on-boarding on new/existing client relationships, including but not limited to:
- Act as a dedicated IS with the client, sales/ FO team, Product Management, GLBA bankers, credit, risk and other business partners within Societe Generale
- Creates and maintains support documentation along with a bespoke project plan to ensure implementation of a new deal occurs in line with time, budget and quality expectations
- Manages and develops the implementation functions and on-boarding responsibilities in line with the Local and/or Regional implementation standards
- Creates and maintains required documentation/manuals to work towards standardizing implementation processes.
- Seeks ongoing improvements to the complex implementation processes especially cross border deals
- Ensure Credit/Risk recommendations, Compliance, KYC Procedures and other GTPS Procedures Guidelines / Manuals are implemented and adhered to
- Supports Sales and RMs (when required) during the bidding process
- Develop a close relationship with customer throughout the pre, mid and post implementation stages
- Coordinate and impulse the tasks from the different stakeholders to ensure a smooth progression of the implementation project.
- Work with client and SG product partners in obtaining all necessary support documentation and ensure pricing is in line with standards
- Support the electronic banking product as necessary, including the initial setup of the contract and creation of new administrators, in line with what has been agreed with the client
- Some travel and client visits with GTPS Sales and/or GLBA bankers when appropriate
- Other responsibilities can be assigned
Profile required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking or relevant field (MS/MBA a plus)
- Technical skills to help clients on SWIFT, SFTP/host to host solutions, eBanking solutions. Not required but would help when working with the international implementation teams in Paris on SwiftNet offers, etc
- Six Sigma – Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation (not required but a plus)
- A Member of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) - Certified Treasury Professional Designation (not required but a plus)
- Strong Transaction Banking background with at least 4 years of project management and client service experience with large companies (>$1bn sales) – able to navigate through a complex global organization and deal with senior management
- Proven ability to build and develop relationships with clients – a strong internal network will be critical to success
- Highly self-motivated to work independently and proactive approach with clients and on broad based teams that cross Lines of Business
- Broad financial services product knowledge across US and International cash management, Trade Products (including Commercial and Standby LC's), Operations/ Funds Control and FX
- Excellent verbal, presentation, written communication skills
- Able to work well under pressure and handling complex situations and ‘think out of the box’
- Superb attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable working in an environment that is evolving and subject to change
- Understanding of Compliance and KYC processes
- Strong Microsoft office. Project Management skills including Excel and PowerPoint
