Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking or relevant field (MS/MBA a plus)
Six Sigma – Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation (not required but a plus)
A Member of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) - Certified Treasury Professional Designation (not required but a plus)
Strong Transaction Banking background with at least 4 years of project management and client service experience with large companies (>$1bn sales) – able to navigate through a complex global organization and deal with senior management
Proven ability to build and develop relationships with clients – a strong internal network will be critical to success
Highly self-motivated to work independently and proactive approach with clients and on broad based teams that cross Lines of Business
Broad financial services product knowledge across US and International cash management, Trade Products (including Commercial and Standby LC's), Operations/ Funds Control and FX
Excellent verbal, presentation, written communication skills
Able to work well under pressure and handling complex situations and ‘think out of the box’
Superb attention to detail and time management skills
Comfortable working in an environment that is evolving and subject to change
Understanding of Compliance and KYC processes
Strong Microsoft office. Project Management skills including Excel and PowerPoint
Technical skills to help clients on SWIFT, SFTP/host to host solutions, eBanking solutions. Not required but would help when working with the international implementation teams in Paris on SwiftNet offers, etc.
