Employee incentive schemes include such structures as employee share schemes, pension schemes, bonus awards etc.
The role will be responsible for the recordkeeping and reporting requirements of the EBT and Pensions team, which administers a variety of employee benefit structures, ensuring that they meet all the relevant regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate client ledgers and portfolios for the team in a timely and consistent manner, ensuring that regular asset reconciliations take place and assisting client handlers with reporting for clients. The incumbent will ensure that the correct accounting information is provided to the accounts preparers consistently and efficiently to meet client accounting needs.
