Responsibilities

Kleinwort Hambros is a leading provider of Corporate Fiduciary administration services, which includes Employee Incentive Services and Corporate Solutions. These are managed under fiduciary arrangements on behalf of corporate organisations, either private or public.

Employee incentive schemes include such structures as employee share schemes, pension schemes, bonus awards etc. 

The role will  be responsible for the recordkeeping and reporting requirements of the EBT and Pensions team, which administers a variety of employee benefit structures, ensuring that they meet all the relevant regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate client ledgers and portfolios for the team in a timely and consistent manner, ensuring that regular asset reconciliations take place and assisting client handlers with reporting for clients. The incumbent will ensure that the correct accounting information is provided to the accounts preparers consistently and efficiently to meet client accounting needs. 

Profile required

  • Responsible for bookkeeping and processing duties as necessary for the EBT and Pensions team, working with the Support services team where required.
  • Reconcile all statements and valuations on a regular basis
  • Implement and assist with the maintenance of share/loan registers
  • Liaise with advisors/intermediaries and Officer re the collection of bookkeeping information in order that accurate records are maintained at all times.
  • To ensure client queries on records/accounts are dealt with efficiently and effectively
  • Technical expert for the team on recordkeeping, reconciliation matters and the NavOne pensions module
  • Assist team with statement production and migration of data to NavOne pensions module where required.
  • Assist with team’s FATCA/CRS reporting (in conjunction with good bookkeeping practices) and any other projects as required by the business
  • Assistance with any general administration and additionally accounts preparation for the department as business needs require.
