• Assist to enhance the enterprise risk governance and processes to manage and control all risk types, including credit, market, liquidity and operational risks etc. within the risk appetite.
• Be the principal point of contact and support for the non-financial risk framework, including providing guidance on the adoption of permanent controls, enhancing on monitoring of risks and reporting.  
• Co-ordinate the annual risk appetite exercise and ensure consistency methodology across the region.
• Design and assist with the rollout of the model risk governance. 
• Support the development and enhancement of the environment risk management framework in collaboration with risk experts and business partners. 
• Overseeing the enterprise risk reporting processes, regulatory inspections and change management governance. 
• Facilitate risk governance committees which include collate information and presentations as required for risk governance meetings and board meeting as required.
• Continue enhancement and instruction of new initiatives and support enterprise risk management strategy and projects.
• Build strong relationship with risk experts and three lines of defense to drive continuous improvement of risk, control governance and processes.

Profile required

• Over 5+ years of banking experience in risk and control management, internal audit or related areas
• Board understanding of risk management program and non financial risk framework 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyses and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to details and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal skills, good team player, detail-minded, self motivated and able to multi-tasks
• Possesses sound, independent judgement and is solution-driven 
• Fluent English is mandatory, with other Asian language would be a plus
