Responsibilities
SG Zurich Branch (CIB) provides innovative financial solutions, advisory services and capital market products serving the needs of its corporate, institutional and private clients. Present in Switzerland since 1927 SGCIB Zurich Branch offers local and cross-border expertise providing a full range of financial services to its clients with a particular focus on securities, services to foreign funds, trade finance and cash management services.
Desired start date: as soon as possible
Mission:
Supporting the local CEO of SG Zurich Branch and Country CEO of SG Switzerland.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organize the meetings for CEO/CCO (organization of agenda, meetings and travels)
- Coordinate and organize the SG VIP visits in Switzerland (coordination with assistants, bankers and SG PRIV)
- Prepare the Senior Board Meetings and presences for Senior Bankers, Head of Financial Institutions Group Switzerland
- Draft and review Meeting notes for ExCo and CoGes meeting in English and eventually French
- Ensure translations in English, French and German languages
- Manage the Commercial registry activities
- Organize internal as well as external events for SG Zurich Branch as well as SG Group in Switzerland
- Back-up of the 2nd Executive Assistant of COO during absences
- Ensure a good exchange and communication as well as collaboration with all functions within the Branch as well as other legal entities at SG Switzerland
Profile required
Studies & experience:
- Commercial and/or Executive Assistant diploma
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant for a Senior Executive person
Language skills:
- Fluency in both, English and German
- French would be an advantage
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office
- Organizational and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- Structured working style
- Ability to work independently, to analyze and solve problems
- Good relationship-building skills
- Team-spirit
