As an experienced Corporate Finance Analyst you will work in the Diversified Industrials sector team and the German M&A team directly with senior bankers in country, industry and coverage teams on the origination and execution of investment banking mandates. This includes a wide variety of tasks, such as financial statement analysis, financial modeling, company and industry research, preparation of client presentations, deal documentations, etc.
The Diversified Industries team is part of the Investment Banking franchise of Société Générale and covers the sector on a global basis. The sub-sectors covered include Automotive, Transport & Logistics, Construction, Building Materials, Capital Goods, Business Services, Paper & Packaging, Metals and Oilfield Services. The team works on advisory in Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets and Private Equity, including buy-outs, takeover bids, mergers, public exchange offers, capital increases and IPOs.
The German M&A-Team advises major clients on their strategic analysis and execution of M&A transactions, taking into account the relevant legal structures and potential capital market consequences.
