Responsibilities

  • Manage the team and delivery in Agile@Scale methodology
  • Manage the expectations from stakeholders and business users
  • Responsible for Trade Base (Data Quality & Financial regulations like IFRS16) scope in Liquidity scope 
  • Program Management of regional business requirements (full ownership)
  • Daily followup on status of deliverables 
  • Guide the team on functional topics
  • Responsible for team assessment, upskilling and prepare for future
  • Work closely with CSM Manager and other FTs in the LIQUIDITY Release Train in meeting Program Objectives

Profile required

  • Candidate should have at least 12 years of IT experience 
  • Experitse in managing team for atleast 2 years
  • Well versed in Stakeholder management
  • Experienced in onshore-offshore model
  • Understanding on BASEL III Liquidity ratios (LCR/NSFR) is required
  • Understanding on Asset and Liability management, Liquidity Risk and exposure to understanding of Banking products such as Equities, Fixed income and Derivative products
  • Understanding on Asset and Liability management, Liquidity Risk and exposure to understanding of Banking products such as Equities, Fixed income and Derivative products
  • Experience in working with conceptual and physical Data Models, with proven SQL skills is a must
