Major accountabilities/principal responsibilities:

Product Understanding:

  • Develops a strong knowledge of the banks e-FIC products as a results of daily work with Trading , Sales & IT while also understanding client electronic execution needs and liquidity requirements.

Main responsibilities:

a.       eSales assistant of the desk,

  • taking care of daily production, clients inquiries, troubleshooting,
  • clients activity/tiering review for the FIC Asia Electronic activity
  • Mining existing accounts for up-selling opportunity
  • track key metrics monitoring customers usage of eFx or product performance
  • Act as a backup of senior members of the team

b.       Product and data manager, working together with the Paris team

  • develop a strong knowledge on the data ecosystem, for FX, rates and credit : blotters, reporting tools, data models and architecture, IT system
  • become a referent on our FIC electronic product offering, for the global business and for Asia specificities
  • Work with Technology and Project managers to develop the capabilities of the platform
  • Develop and improve client monitoring tools leading to actionable intelligence

c.       Quantitative analysis of the electronic business

  • Analyze large amounts of data using quantitative techniques to identify clients clustering and trading patterns
  • Work with e-trading on statistical models to propose pricing, hedging improvements in order to become more competitive on our ePricing
  • Develop a culture of quantitative approach to the FIC electronic business in order to help industrialize the client activity

Profile required


  • Masters degree equivalent or better, Engineering degree

Technical Skills:

  • Coding skills with experience with languages such as Python, VBA, Java
  • Experience in statistics
  • good knowledge / understanding of dealing through electronic platforms

Personal abilities:

  • Ability to work with several functional teams and multi-task in a high pressure and fast-paced environment
  • Project management & communication skills in a culturally-diverse environment
  • Fast learner with solid attention to detail
