Fixed Income and Credit Application Support
Responsibilities
IT point of contact for Credit and Fixed Income Front Office.
Support traders in their daily tasks involving electronic markets, risk analysis, pricers and trade booking systems
Provide thorough and clear analyses to unblock, assist and accompany the business on functional IT topics and issues
Carry out morning check on applications and follow the sun with global support teams
Contribute to improving the production through the automation and follow-up with global teams
Show accountability and be aware of all risks within its activities / scope of responsibilities
- Create and maintain functional/technical/user documentation
Profile required
Experiences working in IT in Technology solutions facing the Front office in the banking industry is preferred
Strong technical background (databases, middleware) with a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Strong appetite for financial knowledge and ability to learn and adapt quickly to new environment and knowledge
Preferrable experience in electronic trading either Credit, Fixed Income or FX
Ability to find solutions for challenging, time-critical problems
Autonomy, sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills at business writing level
Foster collaboration between teams (locally and globally)
Functional knowledge in Interest Rates Derivatives Products, Credit and Financing is a strong plus
Development experience is a strong plus (e.g. C#, Python, VBA) + Continuous Delivery Practices / Tools (e.g. Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience in working on global enterprise level system is a plus
Experience in applying Agile practice is a plus

Department Description
We are looking for a Front Office application support who is determined for learning business products and activities and technical skills. The selected candidate will join our feature team supporting and developing for the Front Offces in the Global FIC Space (Interest Rate Derivatives, Credit & Financing ) covering both pre-trade and post-trade activities.
As a member of the team, we work together as one to deliver the project and support our internal users. The team uses agile methodologies to bring values to users on the full front-to-back chain including pricing, workflow negotiation, deal processing, and lifecycle events.
The feature team is part of the global team will be focused particularly on supporting our global FIC platforms to deliver transformation projects that will accompany the electronification ambition of the business.
