Responsibilities

  • Support traders, sales and operations on daily IT requests across the global applications.
  • Provide thorough and clear analyses to unblock, assist and accompany the business on functional IT topics and issues
  • Carry out morning check on applications
  • Contribute to improving the production through the automation and follow-up UAT on deliveries
  • Show accountability and be aware of all risks within its activities / scope of responsibilities          
  • Create and maintain functional/technical/user documentation

Profile required

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND AND CERTIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE

  • Strong technical background (databases, unix, middleware) with a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • Front office support experience for Pre-Trade applications (electronic market marking systems in banks, vendors like brokers, platforms)

OPERATIONAL SKILLS

  • Ability to find solutions for challenging, time-critical problems
  • Foster collaboration between teams (locally and globally)
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new environment and knowledge
  • Functional knowledge in FX / Fixed income / Option products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills at business writing level
  • Knowledge in dealing with SQL
  • Experience in global enterprise level system is a plus
  • Experience in working in an Agile or DevOps environment is a plus
  • Good level of programming skills (Python/C#) is a plus

Department Description

We are looking for a Front Office application support who is determined for learning business products and activities and technical skills. The selected candidate will join our feature team supporting the Front Offce in the Global FIC Space (FX Spot, Forward, Swap, Rate, Bond, & Option) space.

As a member of the feature team, we work together as one to deliver the project and support our internal users. The team uses agile methodologies to bring values to users on the full front-to-back chain including pricing, workflow negotiation, deal processing, and lifecycle events.

The feature team is part of the global team will be focused particularly on the FX platforms to deliver transformation projects and support BAU that will accompany the electronification ambition of the business.
