Responsibilities


You will be part of one of the scrum/devops teams of our technology department. Your team delivers value for business every 2 weeks or faster, while quality keeps improving. You are very motivated by customer satisfaction and enjoy building/supporting quality software at the same time.

The Role:
  • Contribute actively to the support of our FIC platforms
  • Foster proximity and continuous interactions with the trading & sales desks and the teams supporting them
  • Help the team build quality software, tailored to user needs
  • Estimate risks and opportunities in our day to day job; take initiatives to reduce rsks and improve efficiency
  • Participate to the software development workflow

Profile Required


Requirements:
  • Good technical background (databases, unix, middleware)
  • Software development capability or interest in software development is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with business
  • Ability to find solutions to challenging, time-critical problems
  • Not mandatory, but functional knowledge in Fixed Income or FX products could be a plus

His/her main objective will be to partner with Front and Middle office user of FX, Fixed Income and credit activities’ information systems. He/she will start with providing functional support, then perform simple bug fix and deliver simple features at a later stage. A strong emphasis will be put on building a close relationship with the team stakeholders (Sales, Traders, Middle office & Pnl teams), in order to support their day to day needs and grasp how technology can help grow the franchise.
