Responsibilities

Deliverables and responsibility

  • Manage an Ops & Project Management team in GSC on Client Experience & Steering. Responsible for successful delivery of the CXS Program Projects & Operations deliverables in accordance with the mission and goals of the business unit with acceptable quality, timeliness and within budget. 
  • Manage stakeholders across GSC GBSU and program stakeholders regionally.
  • Define strategic (short-medium) framework for the team to be in-line with organizational objectives and vision.
  • Define/create a program roadmap and track delivery & flag/resolve any key risks, challenges, and blockers
  • Establish a strong governance & partnership with GBSU BUs & SUs to deliver on Client Centricity initiatives. Close collaboration and coordination with multiple Business lines and stakeholders to improve SG responsiveness & promoting a Client Centric Mindset & Dialog.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and digitalizing client interactions activities performed by operational teams & integrate with client journey.
  • Negotiate and influence decisions by working closely with Line Manager
  • Initiate and execute medium to large size projects.
  • Be a third-level of contact for any delivery resolutions.
  • Contribute to network and global Business Line value proposition.
  • Influence peers globally (N-/+3) and upwards in own or business partner's organization.
  • Accountable for people related objectives in a sub-Business Line.
  • Accountable for deliveries emanating from a sub-Business Line/tribe.
  • Create an impact of transformation on the functional scope of a tribe.
  • Propose innovation, renunciation and simplification. Contribute to forums of organizations and bring-in industry's standards.
  • Create/Promote new products, services and propositions.

Profile required

  • 10+ years of experience in working with global banking centers supporting operations and/or Program Management & Change Management.
  • Proven expertise in handling large scale projects as well as day-to-day operational requests from the business.
  • Demonstrated excellent project management and operations skills.
  • Strong networking and marketing skills to work with counterparts globally.
  • Proven ability of strategical thinking and understanding of client centricity, regulatory and risk management framework.
  • Exceptional communication, building consensus, partnership and collaboration skills.
  • Proven abilities in implementing larger projects and handling larger teams.
  • Excellent execution rigor and ability to handle ambiguity and deliver towards the organization's vision.
  • Coach to enhance and strengthen team’s skills.
  • Ability to work in a complex, results-driven work environment in a culturally diverse and geographically spread team with varying level of knowledge and skills set
