Fund Administration Intern – M/W
Responsibilities
The trainee will be part of the Fund Service Operations Department, Private Equity and Real Estate, which is dedicated to the services provided to the Alternative Investment Funds (OFIs) and will report directly to the Head of PER Fund Accounting.
The trainee will support operational functions in the management of accounting operations by taking part in the management of administrative, operational, monitoring and control activities relevant to the financial and accounting reference operations and will progressively acquire more knowledge and operational capabilities related to:
- AIF products
- PER Fund Administration tools
- AIF Fund administration accountancy
- Tax, reporting and reconciliations
- Transfer Agengy (gestione quotisti)
Profile required
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics
Languages:
- Italian: C2
- English: B2
Business & technical skills:
- Knowledge of Windows
- Excellent ability to use leading web browsers and e-mail applications
- Good knowledge of the Office package
Behavioral & management skills:
- Good communication skills
- Empathetic, flexible and reliable
- Team player
