Responsibilities

• Support the team in preparing tailored analysis for clients focusing on FX and rates risk management mixing corporate finance considerations and pure market inputs

• Follow market trends and strategic move from clients (M&A, disposal, change in the capital structure) to prepare analysis addressing the risk management angle

• Work on some sector or country specific marketing efforts with a focus on derivatives


During your VIE mission you will be in charge of these responsibilities more precisely:


• Analyze corporate clients market risk exposure
• Prepare client presentations presenting hedging considerations
• Develop corporate specific tailored approach to promote hedging strategies
• Joint work with other business lines (Global Finance, Coverage & Corporate Finance) on related projects
• Work on specific ad-hoc project to develop new client’s approaches and thematic
• Support senior members of the team on their day to day work and activities
• Interact very regularly with Derivatives Sales to better understand client behaviour and address strategic requests


Profile Required

Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering school or University, majoring in Finance.

A previous experience in Investment Banking would be appreciated.

You are fluent in English.

You are proficient in Office application.


The VIE assignment in a nutshell  

This VIE in London is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.


The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information, please see www.civiweb.com.
