Responsibilities
- Promote the adoption and compliance of IT Production Practices & Processes by all GBTO teams in Asia
- Steer the IT production improvement roadmap across each GBTO service platforms
- Ensure alignment with Global IT Production Leads
- Continuously assess of Production Metrics with SG Group and industry standard KPIs, and re-evaluation of new metrics if needed
- Continuously assess the Production Maturity of Asia application teams while make sure the improvement plan is followed up.
- Lead the review and deployment Service Level Management (SLM) framework in Asia.
- Ensure relevant IT production governances are established with the region and with global stakeholders
- Leading Central Client Relationship Management (CRM) activities of GBTO IT Asia
- Ensure the IT Production Processes & Policies are adequate to satisfy the need of Asian regulators
- Ensure oversight of Release Gate Keeper function on major release and infra-weekend health checks
- Contribute to IT crisis management for major incidents supporting GBTO
- Continuously improve the steering and reporting with innovative ideas leveraging on process simplification and automation
- Ensure training and work allocation of dedicated resources in charge of the GBTO IT service delivery practice.
Profile required
- Strong IT Production Background and Application support experience
- Experienced in Steering / Governance of IT Production Processes & Practices
- Strong understanding of trading related Front, Middle & Back Office activities
- Strong Hands-On Experience in Application Development and Support is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management covering different profiles, from Senior Business stakeholders to technical development community
- Strong Conflict Management & Influencing skill
- Crisis management skill

Department Description:
GBTO, IT provides and maintains IT solutions to support the business growth of GBIS. To strengthen our IT Production Governance, we are opening a permanent position based in Hong Kong under the GBTO organization. The successful candidate will join the transversal Risk, Continuity & IT Production (RCP) department's Production and Risk Services Team (PRS) as the IT Service Management Team Lead, focusing on the steering of IT Production Processes for GBTO IT.
