Responsibilities

Digital Transformation: GTS for GSC & EBS Roadmap: Execute on all transformation and DWS projects Collaborate with other GTS and GSC&EBS Depts as required for planning/execution of interdependent activities
 Finance & Budgets: Ensure timelines, transparency and tracking on DWS budgets. Be within budgets and optimize spend post collaborative agreements aligned to GTS for GSC & EBS  Goals. Improve on capacity to forecast to make early decisions/changes. Look for more cost optimization opportunities. 
Vendors & Contract Management: Understand the Vendor engagements, contracts and optimized where possible.
GTS Initiatives: Drive actions and execution on Agile @ Scale, Ownership for DWS, TOGETHER, GLS, LSO, Automation, GTS 2020, and other initiatives
Collaboration: Working collaboratively with all support functions and build relations/better together working. Sourcing/CREWS/HR/TOM/PACT etc.
Innovation: Focus on process and technical innovation. Along with INO and GTS Innovation team, work on establishing proper governance, visibility and process. Ensure process in place to have proper validated Innovation ideas to be taken up which are relevant and scalable.
People & Team Management: Ensure to have the right skillsets, alignments, growth, etc. Mentoring the managers and team to align to take it to the next level of services. Succession planning for all key roles. Focus on Diversity hiring – gender, PWD etc and create an environment for Diversity and Inclusion.
Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure & Improve effectiveness and comprehensiveness (cover all risks) on PS Controls, MORSE, Audit findings actions closure, Improve BCM readiness jointly with other teams.
Look For The Future:  Contribute in defining technical road-map strategy for coming 12 months. Align with GTS 2020 Abition & Strategy.  Oversee for cost optimizations by RFP, Legacy Management, Automation
As SG GSC/GTS Mgt Member:  Focus on developing talents. Act as a mentor / coach whenever possible. Contribute to building strong brand recognition for SG locally.  Ensure visibility and recognition of DWS team both locally and Globally.

Profile Required

• Strong academic background with technology skills

• Experience in managing the skill teams of  Workplace services

• Knowledge of ITIL concepts is critical

• Experience and strong knowledge of managing in a matrix organizational structure 

• Rich experience in handling of Implementation of projects

• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail

• Strong process & change management capabilities 

• Ability to embed / mentor people

• Effective interpersonal skills in a multi-cultural team environment

Digital Workplace Services under GTS is responsible for defining, steering and executing orientations on Workplace services. DWS is in charge of delivering and operating users solutions (Telephony, workstation, bots, O65, Citrix, other communication solutions, etc.). It is also responsible for managing technical infrastructures associated with users' workplace: technical directories, file services, AD .
