About the team:
Global Technology Services (GTS) department supports all the IT infrastructures of Société Générale Group and its subsidiaries (Crédit du Nord, Franfinance, etc.) in France and abroad. Its mission is to provide to the Group's businesses lines reliable IT services by providing offers, services levels and optimized costs that meet the needs of the internal clients; such as hosting business applications, workstations, collaborative services, network and telephony.
Infrastructure as a Service (IAS) is one of the critical teams in GTS, delivers the high value added, cost & time efficient infrastructure platform(Traditional and Cloud) on Compute/Virtualization, Operating Systems, Storage & Backup and Software Defined Network services for the SG Group. Those services are automated, available through API and self-service portals.
IAS is also a key contributor for building of GTS cloud platform with many features teams.
IAS in GSC(Global Solution Center) is very mature, covering all the regions serviced, high level of ownership, having few global leadership roles and involved in all the critical impactful transformation programs. GSC/IAS is also involved in development of cloud platform( 2 core feature team owned ), automation and transformation programs.
