Need to be an Implementation engineer in HP Service Manager as a tool, this includes administration, implementation, exposure on ITIL process flow and configuration for Incident, Service Desk, Change and Problem modules and integrating HPSM with various other Service Desk tools. Successfully implemented REST, Web services, Email, and Database integrations with HPSM. Having knowledge on ITIL process, Java, and Java Web services.
Should have working knowledge on HP uCMDB, HPOO and HP CIT tools.
