Main Missions:

You will integrate the HR team in the Brussels office. The scope of your tasks and responsibilities will be Belgium and the Netherlands. In this context you will:

  • Offer Admin support for payroll: collect of the data, checking, calculation
  • Adapt locally the Group processes: Think globally, act locally
  • Make dashboards and KPI
  • Analyze data quality
  • Perform Competency management
  • Be the point of contact for all employees of the perimeter, and more …

Profile required

Studies & experience:

  • Bachelor and/or master’s degree HR studies.
  • Proven experience in payroll and administration.
  • At ease with numbers.

Language skills:

  • Fluency in English, French
  • Good level of Dutch.

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of Belgian payroll – Netherland would be a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of the Belgium working legation - Netherland would be a plus
  • Able to work autonomously and use initiative where appropriate.
  • Organized and able to prioritize work appropriately.
  • Analytical skills.
