The HR Business Partner will manage and oversee private banking, investment management & wealth HR related activities, process as well as all change and transformation tasks. The employment type will be a 12-month fixed term contract.
Scope of role
The Human Resources department is responsible for:
Developing the BU/SU attractiveness as a responsible employer notably in terms of career opportunities, people development, compensation, diversity and working environment;
Contributing to the BU/SU and Kleinwort Hambros competitiveness by maintaining critical staffing levels and talented profiles; Supporting the strategy and transformation by accompanying the teams and working on their employability.
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for the management and development of human capital for a specific population of the Business, i.e. Private Banking, Investment Management & Wealth
Responsible for leading all HR change and transformation efforts/initiatives
Management of HR Advisors and HR Business Partner
Remit within the UK and Channel Islands
