HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • As HR BP you will contribute to the definition of strategy by providing managers with strategic HR input and support the local management in leading change.
  • You will advise and provide managers and employees with the level of support needed on all HR related topics to meet their activity needs. This includes a variety of tasks, such as recruitment, internal and international transfers, career management, exit management, compensation related topics as well as training and development.
  • You will ensure, managers and employees act in compliance with labor and social law.
  • In your role as HR BP you will also liaise with the local workers' council and maintain a good relationship with them.
  • Working in a global organization, you will also have to implement global HR guidelines locally and support global HR processes, such as the annual compensation review, evaluation campaign, strategic talent reviews, etc. This involves a frequent exchange with our expert teams and/or counterparties in the Head Office.

Profile required

Experience and Technical Skills: 

  • You have a relevant university degree and at least 5 years of professional experience as HR BP.
  • You are used to working in an international and multicultural environment as well as in a matrix organization.
  • Ideally you have experience in the financial industry or a similar environment.
  • You have excellent knowledge of both, individual and collective labor law.
  • Ideally you have previous experience in change management and restructuring. You are fluent in German and have excellent written and oral English language skills.  
  • You are proficient with MS Office and have a good command of HR tools.

You will not only advise managers, but also employees in your scope and contribute to their development. As HR Business Partner you will ensure HR efficiency, accompany compensation questions and support change. You will also collaborate closely with global HR Directors, global HR Business Partners and the local Head of HR.
