What you can expect
As HR Business partner you work closely with local managers of a dedicated perimeter and support them to face their business challenges with a strong HR support. You advise managers and employees in your scope and contribute to their development. You ensure HR efficiency, accompany compensation, staff development questions and support change. Thereby you also work closely with our global partners, business lines and support and control functions.
