HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • You provide managers with strategic HR input and support the local management in leading change.
  • You advise and provide managers and employees with the level of support needed on all HR related topics to meet their needs. This includes a variety of tasks, such as recruitment, internal and international transfers, career management, exit management, compensation related topics as well as training and development.
  • You ensure that managers and employees act in compliance with labor and social law.
  • You also liaise with the local workers’ council and maintain a good relationship with them.
  • Working in a global organization, you also implement global HR guidelines locally and support global HR processes, such as the annual compensation review, evaluation campaign, strategic talent reviews, etc. This involves a frequent exchange with our global and local expert teams and/or counterparties.

Profile required

Experience and Technical Skills: 

  • You have a relevant university degree and ideally first professional experience as HR BP.
  • You are used to working in an international and multicultural environment as well as in a matrix organization.
  • Ideally you have experience in the financial industry or a similar environment.
  • You have excellent knowledge of labor law, both individual and collective labor law.
  • You are fluent in German and have excellent written and oral English language skills. 
  • You are proficient with MS Office and have a good command of HR tools.
  • Ideally you have previous experience in change management and restructuring.

You advise managers and employees in your scope and contribute to their development. You ensure HR efficiency, accompany compensation, staff development questions and support change. Thereby you also work closely with our global partners, business lines and support and control functions.
