HR Controller M/F – VIE Munich

Your role
During your VIE mission you will:  
  • Become the first point of contact for the operational HR controlling & reporting functions

  • Track & maintain controlling master data (i.e. staff movements & counts, cost centre data) 

  • Perform controls and calculations on realised figures (i.e. on staffing, payroll, time tracking data, monthly closings) 

  • Draw up & perform standardised as well as ad-hoc reporting

  • Analyse key HR data and figures and provide recommendations upon request  

  • Take part in seasonal activities such as forecast & budget calculations, yearly closings, annual compensation review.

  • Provide support on internal projects (e.g. optimisation / digitalisation of internal processes)

  • Depending on upcoming needs, you may also actively participate on group projects relevant to the wider Business Support Function.

The VIE assignment in a nutshell:
This VIE in Munich is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last up to 24 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, open to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Area.

Your profile:

Graduate from a Business School, Engineering School or University with a Master's Degree, preferably in a field related to Business Administration or Human Resource Management.

You possess sound analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and you have a keen eye for detail.

You work in an accurate manner.
You display good communication skills.

You have a good command of German and English, some knowledge of French is an advantage.

You are proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
