During your VIE mission you will:
Become the first point of contact for the operational HR controlling & reporting functions
Track & maintain controlling master data (i.e. staff movements & counts, cost centre data)
Perform controls and calculations on realised figures (i.e. on staffing, payroll, time tracking data, monthly closings)
Draw up & perform standardised as well as ad-hoc reporting
Analyse key HR data and figures and provide recommendations upon request
Take part in seasonal activities such as forecast & budget calculations, yearly closings, annual compensation review.
Provide support on internal projects (e.g. optimisation / digitalisation of internal processes)
Depending on upcoming needs, you may also actively participate on group projects relevant to the wider Business Support Function.
The VIE assignment in a nutshell:
This VIE in Munich is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last up to 24 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, open to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Area.
