Within the SG EBS, the Data Quality Team in Bucarest aims at supporting the Data Quality Office over the whole international data quality device of the Group HR IT System.
Your Role in a Nutshell:
Analyze the defects, validate them as such, and have them amended by the appropriate team (support team, local HR team)
Prioritize corrections according to business value / urgency
Organize the correction process to maximize value and reduce the workload of operational HR teams
Perform the follow up of the corrections and if necessary send reminder messages via the QODA tool (ticketing tool).
Ensure the management of files in exception
Work out the operational follow up reporting thanks to the tools used by the Control Tower (Tableau tool or Excel)
Write down the procedures and update the operational documentation (contacts, RACI, controls library…)
Be able to propose evolutions or tools implementation
Be able to propose reporting frames or procedures simplifications
Explore data and propose new controls to be implemented in order to improve data quality
Work closely with HR data Quality stakeholders (process officers, BU CDO’s) to identify painpoints and hot issues
A little about You:
Appetence and understanding of the issues relating to the DATA (business rules, flows, transformation and values)
Appetence for data analysis (data crunching, data models, SQL)
Capability in using Excel for data treatment (pivot table), Tableau tool
English and french languages level B2 (spoken and written)
Capability to communicate, mobilize and convince
