Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

Be responsible for compensation and benefit administration for designated portfolio to ensure timely and accurate payment, qualified and efficient delivery of related services, including but not limited to:

  • Support on monthly benefit movement and benefit projects;
  • Work with relevant internal and external parties to support SG share related project, e.g. sale of share management; plan registration; etc.;
  • Prepare leave related report and analysis;
  • Support on other C&B projects or employee events;
  • Support on other ad-hoc tasks.

Profile required

Candidate Profile:

  • Language: Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English
  • Education background: Not specific request, but prefer HR and Management
  • Experience: Relevant intern experience in HR or C&B function is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill, responsible, careful and principle-orientated, high-efficient and result-orientated
  • Skilled in MS office, especially in Excel
