Be responsible for compensation and benefit administration for designated portfolio to ensure timely and accurate payment, qualified and efficient delivery of related services, including but not limited to:
- Support on monthly benefit movement and benefit projects;
- Work with relevant internal and external parties to support SG share related project, e.g. sale of share management; plan registration; etc.;
- Prepare leave related report and analysis;
- Support on other C&B projects or employee events;
- Support on other ad-hoc tasks.
