  • Provide support on various strategic initiatives part of the HR roadmap including coordination of delivery, communication and change management approach, presentations/communication materials and follow-up mechanisms
  • Manage operational monitoring of projects which involves understanding the context / constraints / requirements of internal and external stakeholders – deliver on time, to budget, to quality and keep track of project documentation
  • Maintain a structured project plan, scope and budget (actual and forecast)
  • Prepare the presentations and minutes of the project committees
  • Ensure members of the project team has a good understanding of their role and that all cooperate in the achievement of the project
  • Manage testing efforts, communication and change management approach, presentations, training and follow-up mechanisms for successful end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives   
  • Facilitate transversal cooperation between HR team members with different backgrounds and environments (Experts vs. HRBPs / Regional vs. local) by coordinating inputs/interactions, implementing effective project communication and reporting mechanisms
  • Foster a project management culture across the region by sharing of best practices across the teams and proposing new ideas
  • Support/coordinate ad hoc HR initiatives as needed 

Profile required

  • Hold a relevant Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or similar
  • HR Background or exposure will be preferred 
  • Experience with project management 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Excel, powerpoint); advanced skills with Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong organization and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments, stakeholders and projects
  • Dynamic, detail oriented, fast learner able to work in a demanding environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent English is mandatory

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic human resources team that commits to providing an environment in which our employees can grow and develop their potential and advance the overall mission of Societe Generale. The HR Project Management Office manages projects at a regional capacity, supporting colleagues and sponsors across a breadth of HR activities (HRIS, talent acquisition, benefits, talent management, employee experience, etc.).

The role will introduce you to a wide range of HR activities and stakeholders in addition to providing international exposure and opportunity to develop knowledge of the banking industry and project management. The candidate will report directly to the Regional HR Project Management Office Lead.
