HR Shared Services- UK Payroll - Analyst

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

UK/any other global payroll experience desirable

Collate information from People soft data base via interfaces/ queries and inputs from HR (like new hires, leavers, bank details-local /overseas, adhoc payments, salaries -expat /local, holiday payment)

Validate the information and send information to vendor

Validate the output/reports/anomalies received from the vendor, Investigate and finalize the payroll reports.

Processing payments and deductions to employees

Ensuring inputs from HR are processed

Processing final settlement payments to exiting staff

Processing payments on statutory deductions to authorities

Ensuring data confidentiality

Adherence to monthly payroll calendar and timelines


ROLE DESCRIPTION (SUMMARY):

Processing payroll for GSC staff on a monthly basis. Ensuring the inputs from HR on payments and deductions are processed. Processing the statutory payments to authorities. Performing reconciliations and checks to ensure accuracy of payments.

Profile required

  • 2-3 Years of experience.
  • EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Bachelor of Commerce
  • KEY SKILLS: Payroll (UK/UK,APAC) Learning Agility, Pro-activeness, Accountability, Interpersonal skills
  • OTHER SKILLS: Verbal Communication,Time Management,Problem 
  • solving,Open mindedness TOOLS: PeopleSoft, Northgate Arinso payroll system, MS Office
