Responsibilities
Mission:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated HR Specialist whose primary focus will be on Payroll and HR Administration.
In this role, you will work closely with our HR Payroll & Admin vendor. Additionally, you will work on improving various HR administrative processes and act as the main point of contact for all payroll-related actions. To be successful in this position, you need to bring along a strong background in HR administration, payroll related aspects, labor laws and a good communication and interpersonal skills.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support monthly payroll activities in cooperation with external vendor
- Manage employee hiring administration processes, including contracts and system administration
- Execute activities related to the whole employment life cycle
- Manage personnel files in compliance with labor laws
- Provide advice and support for employees on personnel issues
- Administer employee benefits in line with local laws, keeping employee data accurate and up to date
- Actively participate in local and regional projects (recruitment, employee engagement, CSR, Diversity & Inclusion, and many others)
- Update HR procedures and regulations on the need basis
- Prepare HR analyses and various internal reports
- Keep records of the Social Fund documentation
Profile required
Studies & experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree required
- At least 3 years of experience in Payroll and HR Administration
- Knowledge of Polish employment law and social security system
Language skills:
- Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken)
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package and digital HR systems
- Accuracy, analytical & problem-solving skills
- Very good planning & organization
- A customer-friendly attitude and good communication skills
- Drive, enthusiasm and humor
- Ability to work independently and with a team
