Indexation Flow desk Quantitative Analyst
Responsibilities
During your VIE mission you will be in charge of these responsibilities:
You will be able to contribute to the build out of the desk’s infrastructure. Your focus will be on the technical and innovation side with a strong focus on programming.
The VIE will integrate the Indexation Flow desk within the delta one team.
He will be working closely with traders (but as a VIE won't be allowed to trade himself).
- Working on specific projects to improve trading tools and risk management of the book (automation, testing new models, new booking systems…)
- Pricing and back testing of trading strategies on existing datasets
- Risk and PNL analysis
- Interaction with support functions to optimize works flows
- Your first focus will be specifically on the EFP market making activity where you will contribute to automate the activity and to develop indicators in order to improve the hedging of the book.
Profile required
Your profile
Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering school or University, majoring in Finance/IT.
A previous experience in Investment Banking would be appreciated.
You are fluent in English.
You are proficient in Office application.
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in New York is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 18 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information, please see www.civiweb.com.
