- Ensure deliveries are done by reportees on time with 100% accuracy

- Device action plan for issues and escalate / inform managers

- Sample Check fulfilled trackers (Quality Check list, End Of the Day (EOD) Check list, Time Track, Statement Of Purpose (SOP) updation & versioning)

- Conduct one-to-one meetings with direct reportees and track

- Drive operational calls

- Perform sample quality checks 

Profile Required

Educational Requirements Graduate Degree - Any discipline,Commerce or BBM is desired

Certification required None Required 

Range of Experience Overall 6 to 8 years. 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Role Title Assistant Manager

Skills required 

Working knowledge of MS Office skills "

Experience in Information Security domain, preferably in Banking sector
Understanding of overall Banking Risk 
Experience with People Management

Business Insight

Handle delivery, stakeholder management, people  management and development with  continuous focus on tracking and measuring the team's performance. Drive operational meetings. Implement change within the team/projects. Participate in Knowledge transfer trainings. Monitor the team during Business Continuity Management (BCM) campaigns and quality check on the reports.
