Responsibilities

As a member of the regional Data and Cyber Security team, you will be responsible for developing and executing cyber security projects in accordance with the strategic direction and cyber security roadmap of the Company.

  • Contribute to Cyber Security program definition and follow-up 
  • Manage multidisciplinary projects within Information Security domain
  • Deliver projects from study to post-implementation support within the agreed budget and schedule, managing project dependencies, escalating risks and issues to stakeholders to overcome challenges
  • Deliver documentations and fulfil compliance requirements
  • Organize collaboration with relevant regional and global stakeholders
  • Participate to the CyberSecurity Risk governance
  • Participate to the transformation of the team
  • Innovate to help team efficiency
     

Profile required

Acdemic Background and Certification, Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Professional qualification such as ITIL, CISM, CISSP
  • PMP or equivalent qualification on project management is a plus
  • Experienced Security Expert with at least 5 years of relevant experience

Operational Skills:

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and IT applicative framework architectures
  • Strong background of Information System Security
  • Excellent Project management skills
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, experience of influencing at senior organizational levels, up to and including MD level
  • Client oriented mindset, results driven, proactive and quick to react to requests
  • Innovative and bringing new ideas to improve processes

Department Description
Reporting to the Global Business Service Unit (GBSU), the Data & Cybersecurity (DCS) is responsible for securing and steering Information Security and Cybersecurity related risks falling under Global Banking & Investor Solutions' (GBIS) remit. The team is based in Hong Kong and has transversal oversight on Asia Pacific.
