Responsibilities

This role will include

  1. Supporting COO team applications
    1. Corrections
    2. Improvements
  2. Contributing to new projects, developments and automations
  3. Contributing to reports and report automations
Improving and building new intranet site within the COO team perimeter

  3. Documentation of environments and changes within the environments

Profile Required

The VIE assignment in a nutshell

This VIE in Montreal is to begin in May 2020 but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 24 months.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information, please see http://www.civiweb.com/.

Your profile


Graduate from Engineering school, Business School or University with a master degree in Computer Science.

You ideally have a similar previous experience.

You are fluent in English and French.

The Global Technical Services organization (GTS) provides infrastructure engineering and administration for all SG staff and applications worldwide, and has a regional representation in each country where SG is present

The team of the Chief Operating Office (COO) manages all financial environments. Topics include budgets, staff tracking, projects, reports, process review/definition, and reports.
