Responsibilities

Lead, Execute and handle complex assigned tasks. Develop and propose common key performance Indicators for teams deliverables. Handle workforce distribution of resources and task. Perform assessment for assigned scope independently and with minimum oversight. Engage with managers/ supervisors for work plan and scope finalization. Independently discuss key control gaps and manage agreement of appropriate corrective actions and their closure. Participate on process improvement/efficiencies initiatives of the team. Work with teams and stakeholders to enhance work outputs and create impact. Responsible in creating data visualation dashboards and help team in improving reporting process. Actively participate or lead projects on process transformation and build on Project management skills. Handle documentation, maintain key perfromance indicators and participate in the governance. Interaction with the delivery teams and all the enablers in SGGSC.

Profile required

Education/Qualifications required:  Graduate/ Masters Degree, preferably in HR/ MSW

Experience/knowledge required:

  • At least 5-9 years related to managing HR Operations / Transformation in the Banking/ financial sector across IT and or Operations in a medium sized heterogeneous organization.

 

· Good knowledge of Finance and/or banking domain.

· Has intermediate knowledge of key products, processes and operating guidelines. 

· Ability to connect with multiple stakeholders and multitask is an advantage.

· Advance skills in data management and data analytics.

· Demonstrated high level of learning agility and team spirit.

· Intermediate stakeholder and partner management skills.

· Has a theoretical understanding of the risks, controls and regulations within the financial and/or banking domain.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.

· Advance level of understanding of Microsoft suit of products.
