Responsibilities

HR Services and Employee Experience:
•    Learn and understand the HR processes within employee life cycle (Recruitment, Onboarding, Internal Movement and Exit) 
•    Assist transactional and operational follow up for HR Services Team
•    Coordinate various TDI (Talent Development and Inclusion) campaigns such as Talent Management, Performance Management, Development Programs, Promotion, ensure smooth interaction and data intervention through the process
•    Take part in Employee Experience projects where needed by supporting the project team members in automating and transforming HR processes that will bring positive experiences to our employees

HR Communications & Employer Branding: 
•    Support production of regular HR communications (Newsletters, campaigns and targeted communications)
•    Contribute to development and transformation of the internal digital platforms and communication channels
•    Provide innovation and comprehensive research to the new and ongoing employer branding projects

Others:
•    Participate in ad hoc tasks as assigned

Profile required

•    Currently studying towards a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Marketing or relevant discipline
•    Thinks outside the box to bring new ideas
•    Solutions driven and ability to work autonomously
•    Strong analytical skills, good command of Excel, Word and Power Point
•    Business Information system background
•    Process oriented, well organized, and attention to detail
•    Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
•    Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, Cantonese/Mandarin would be a plus
•    Technical/statistical Skills would be a plus

This is a 1-3 month full-time internship with Societe Generale in Hong Kong whereby you will work within one business line / support function for the period. In order to apply for an internship opportunity with us, please ensure you are currently studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and that you are available for the 1-3 month period on a full-time basis.

Department Description

The Intern will take part in supporting day to day HR transactional activities, Employee Experience project, HR Communication and Employer Branding. The role will offer the opportunity to work closely with the regional and country HR teams, HR Shared Service Centre, and HR Specialist teams.
