Responsibilities

As International Sales Coordinator you will be part of the sales team consisting of a total of 8 people. We are 3 Key Account Managers, 2 Car Advisors, 1 International Sales Consulant, the Sales Manager and you. Team spirit and a positive and proactive mindset is part of the characteristics of everyone in the team.
You will work closely with the International Sales Consultant with support from Sales Manager. 
We currently have approx. 600 customers with a Fleet of 6600 vehicles.

Your missions: 

• Responsible for preparing responses to tenders from international customers
• Support the Key Account Managers in international customer consultancy
• Responsible for implementing new international customers
• Management of operational tasks (customer queries, reports etc.)
• Negotiation and signing of cooperation agreements with new customers
• Organization of status meetings, with the participation of top management / decision makers.
• Advice on optimal fleet composition
• Actively seek out knowledge about the market and provide relevant knowledge to organizations and customers.

Profile required

• Graduate with a Master degree from Business School or University 
• An interest in cars would be appreciated
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficient/Good command of MS Office
• Fluent in English
• Team player with the ability to deliver independently as well
• Proactive and persistent
• The ability to prioritize between quantity and quality in the work so that the prescribed goals are achieved
• Good mood and positive attitude towards things

The VIE assignment in a nutshell

This VIE is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information, please see Mon VIE-VIA Business France.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact there that your VIE mission could potentially get postponed, depending on the evolution of the health crisis and subjects to the decision made by the Crisis and Support Centre of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE). In addition, the selected candidate will only be paid upon confirmation from Business France and arrival in the country of assignment.
