Base Salary Range: [$58,200 - $69,888]
Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience.
This is a six to twelve month program with the potential to be hired full time.
Responsibilities
- Proactively work within one or more DCS teams to support information security controls that mitigate cyber risks
- Support Third Party Risk Management Team with different initiatives.
- Assist in gathering information to respond to regulatory and audit requests
- Research and document changes industry trends and related best practices
- Support monthly program management functions: time tracking, management reporting, status reporting, etc.
- Produce and maintain the security metrics for prioritization of initiatives and management reporting
Profile required
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT Governance, or relevant technical field
- Good writing and analytical skills, highly motivated and attracted to challenging opportunities
- Basic understanding of Information Security standards, frameworks, and best practices (e.g. ISO 27K, CoBIT, NIST 800 Series, FFIEC, NY DFS 500)
- Basic understanding of the cloud environment
- Information Security, Risk, and/or IT certifications a plus
- Ability to do independent research and summarize findings
- Proficient in MS Office products including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with BI tools is a plus
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT Governance or relevant IT Risk field
- Knowledge of Information Security
- Fundamental understanding of communications technologies: email, FTP, Web
- Information Security, Risk, and/or IT certifications a plus

The Information Security Intern(s) will work side-by-side with the DCS heads in the Americas region in a variety of functions, such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Application Security, Cyber Threat Defense, Third Party Risk Management, Cyber Security Awareness Training, and Security Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC). In addition, the InfoSec Intern(s) will provide project management support for various InfoSec projects. The ideal candidate(s) will be proficient in MS Office as well as programming languages to support automation initiatives.
