Business insight

Our Americas investment grade DCM team originates debt products for our corporate, financial, and sovereign client base. Clients are located all across North and South America but are focused on various financial markets all around the globe. Although focused on the debt side, the DCM team works in close contact with coverage, ECM, M&A, syndicate, sales and trading, and many other core investment banking teams as they seek to originate transactions – both for regular course financing as well as special situations. Increasingly, ESG financing is becoming a core focus of the group with an emphasis on structuring as well as executing green, social, sustainable, and KPI linked bonds.
