The Investor Services administrator is responsible for responding to client and investor queries and requests, processing of dealing orders, performing customer due diligence and anti-money laundering checks on new investors, and generating investor and client reports and implementing controls as required. 


  • Addressing shareholder and client queries in a professional and timely manner and prioritising to ensure the delivery of an excellent service.
  • Conducting AML and KYC checks on new investors, performing risk analysis and requesting appropriate customer due diligence documentation.
  • Monitoring the progress of receipt of due diligence documentation and new account opening.
  • Analysing the documents received to gain a full understanding of the investor structure, performing a gap analysis and explaining any additional document requirements to investors and clients.
  • Processing dealing instructions received (subscriptions, redemptions, stock transfers, switches …etc.), ensuring that each transaction is processed accurately and in line with the fund’s prospectus and SGSS internal controls and procedures.
  • Reviewing automated transaction reports to identify suspicious transactions or patterns and reporting as necessary to senior management
  • Completing cash reconciliations, ensuring that all amounts have been reconciled and that pending items are investigated properly.
  • Processing distributions in a timely manner and ensuring all dividend payments are made for good value.
  • Ensuring all the necessary reports required by investors, fund managers and 3rd parties are dispatched, as required and reviewing investor information to identify FATCA and CRS status for tax reporting purposes
  • Ensuring monthly statistics and KPIs are updated and reported to management as required.
  • Processing investor static data amendments in line with company policy and procedures,
  • Completing checklists and controls to ensure that all tasks have been completed and complete archiving and filing on a periodic basis.
  • Interacting with other team members and management to continuously reduce risk and improve efficiency and productivity within the team.
  • Understanding the risks associated with the TA function and actively looking for ways to prevent an error..
  • Keeping line management informed of client issues and their progress and highlighting to management any client concerns/complaints as a matter of urgency.
  • Maintain a friendly but professional relationship with key client contacts

Profile Required

The VIE assignment in a nutshell

This VIE in Dublin is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 18 months.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information, please see

Your profile

Graduate from Engineering school, Business School or University with a master degree in Finance.

You are fluent in English; French is a plus.

You are proficient with MS Office.
