Responsibilities

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Follow-up and management of the Application Providers (Intertech, Vega, Netix, Eczacibasi) regarding projects through, emails, conference calls and on-site meetings.
  • Follow-up of the Providers regarding new requests & incidents including SLA compliance.
  • Management of applicative projects.
  • Take an active part in maintaining the contracts with the application providers and establishing the new ones.
  • Provide Technical Competency and Risk Analysis reports for the Providers.
  • Execute change management process for software delivered by the Providers.
  • Close cooperation with local Infra team concerning application changes, quality assurance for the change process, approval of these changes.
  • Give users first level support for the other applications than InterVision within the scope.
  • Coordinate and facilitate Applicative Penetration tests for InterVise with Global Teams including the remediation phase.
  • Fulfill assigned tasks in the frame of audit, inspection, security assessment recommendations within the deadlines.
  • Update applications inventories, charts & other IT documentation within the scope.
  • Participate and Contribute to user Disaster Recovery (DR) tests, organize applicative part, evaluate the applicative test scenarios, provide support and assistance during the tests.
  • Act as Information Security Officer. Necessary training will be provided if required.

Profile required

Studies & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Quantitative Discipline (such as Engineering).
  • Have ITIL certificate.

Language skills:

  • Fluency in written and spoken Turkish & English.
  • Though it is not a must, knowledge of French is a plus.

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

  • Good knowledge of overall IT tasks and processes.
  • Good knowledge of Information Security Regulation.
  • Good knowledge of MS SQL.
  • Good knowledge on Change Management, incident/problem management processes and procedures.
  • Process creation/modification in EbiFlow (Eczacıbaşı workflow automation tool).
  • Solid background and experience for project management.
  • Good negotiation, follow-up technics with the Provider and the users.
  • Very good level of analytical skills for analysis on IT applicative projects.
  • Good problem solving capacity.
  • Capability to handle simultaneous tasks at a time and to produce in a very dynamic and interactive environment.
