Responsibilities
The candidate will be working in a matrix organization – as part of SG Korea GTS (Global Technology Services) team and part of regional GTS team in a high-pressure banking environment.
He / She will be required commitment and a strong team spirit.
- Provide technical support and administration for End User Workplace environment and IT infrastructure.
- Desktop and Infrastructure asset management.
- Local dependency IT system and service support.
- Local application account, access right and inventory management.
- Maintain a customer-oriented attitude in the team and ensure that users get the best available support.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level IT infrastructure support for SG Korea business.
- Managing Infrastructure changes in accordance with the Change Management procedures.
- Coordinating with internal team and 3rd Parties on Incident management and resolution.
- Coordinate the local implementation of regional/global GTS projects.
- Recommend solutions to problems and alternatives to current procedures, equipment and systems.
- Implement, maintain and review processes and procedures to ensure they are in accordance with SG policies.
- Participate in the annual disaster recovery and business continuity exercises and maintain the necessary documentation.
- Assisting in and supervising the procurement activities.
- Manage review of external service and support contracts to ensure they are in line with SG Global agreements.
- Process vendor invoices and expense reports for payment.
- Follow up on all invoices with the Accounting Department to assure timely payment.
Profile required
- 1 or 2 years experience in IT field.
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- A team player, responsible, self-motivated, committed, committed, customer-oriented, with positive and proactive mindset.
- Strong communication skills and customer-centric attitude.
- Good understanding on business and attention to detail.
- Production awareness. Able to follow process and procedure.
- Ability to work in multicultural atmosphere with foreign speakers.
- Innovative and interested in new technologies.
