IT Infrastructure Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

What will be your DAY-TO-DAY?

Strategy: ensure GTS AMER's influence locally, regionally, and internationally

    • Build the GTS AMER communications strategy and major initiatives and make sure to follow the roadmap 
    • Align GTS offer with peers in the Group (Paris and other regions) 
    • Being the communications referent for other Bus in AMER but also with Paris and other regions.  
    • Be the GTS voice in local/regional initiatives: innovation committee, ERGs… 
    • Organize KPI reports and publish surveys and provide metrics to partners 

Marketing & Project management: Promote GTS’s tech solutions with a focus on end Users solutions (DWS) and Cloud solutions (PLT)

    • Create documentation support to better market GTS tools/products/services regarding upgrades, changes, and Infrastructure maintenance 
    • Identify short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliverables; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives. 
    • Animate et organize the cloud professional services team, prepare communication plans in coordination with the PS staff (Cloud Advisors, Cloud Solution Architects, Field Engineers), organize hands-on labs, lunch & learns… 

Change Management: boost the adoption of new technologies by providing the appropriate tools to users 

    • Review GTS internal End Users Support (CCU) communication process and propose new ideas around it 
    • Develops new uses for existing products by analyzing statistics regarding market development; acquiring and analyzing data; consulting with internal and external sources. 
    • Provide presentations and training on current and new tools when needed 
    • Provide the project team with a status and keep accurate details of all work being performed 
    • Influences present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends for communication and marketing these tools and processes. 
    • Work alongside Corporate Communications on large scale updates and bank wide technology changes or disruptions 

Internal communications: make GTS a great place to work for the 250 employees

    • Prepare documents, user guides, presentations, pamphlets, and charts to help maintain organizational structure 
    • Create recurrent newsletter to keep people up to date on GTS’s news 
    • Assist with high level presentations and EXCO presentations 

Event: outline the best practices/formats for recurring events for maintain communication 

    • Assist with the support of recurring events such as Tech bars for all AMER regions 

Profile required

Technical Skills: 

  • Office suite with focus on PowerPoint presentation skills 
  • Design and Graphics 
  • Excel Intermediate  
  • Strong knowledge of M365 Suite (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint etc.)        

 Competencies: 

  • Verbal Communication skills: Animating townhalls, presentation booths 
  • Written communication 
  • Animation of the Web Community 
  • Marketing of Technology solution  

Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing or Communications field 

Educational Requirements: 

  • Minimum of College graduation 

Languages: Full professional Proficiency in French & English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening.)
