Responsibilities

You will be working in a matrix organization, as part of the SG Taiwan GTS team and part of the regional team, and in a high-pressure banking environment. Local GTS members will guide you through your journey to success.

You are required to have a strong team spirit and providing excellent customer service to our internal clients.

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level Desktop and User support to users in SG Taiwan
  • Maintain an excellent customer-oriented attitude and deliver the best available support to users
  • Work closely with the regional GTS support teams and local service providers/vendors on incident management and resolutions
  • Manage infrastructure changes in accordance with the Change Management procedures
  • Implement, maintain and review processes and procedures to ensure they are in accordance with the SG policies, such as:

                   O Service outsourcing monitoring

                   O Inventory and asset management

  • Participate in the annual disaster recovery and business continuity exercises and maintain the necessary documentation, such as:

                  O Updating disaster recovery switch over procedures

                  O Updating Business Impact Analysis (BIA)

  • Application Administration:

                 O Maintain and Update Application inventory

                 O Management of Application ID and access rights

  • Vendor Management and Contract Management:

                O Coordinate with vendors and SG Legal team on content validation for new service contracts and existing contract amendment

                O Process expense reports and ensure vendor invoices are paid in a timely manner

Profile required

  • University graduate with Windows operations knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills with good command of Mandarin and English
  • Strong desire in delivering exceptional customer services to clients
  • Confident in working at a multicultural environment with non-Chinese speaking employees
  • Independent, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure
  • Passionate about technology and desire to learn and improve
