Responsibilities

Within the project management team, you will have to ensure the IT technical support (L1 and L2 requests and the maintenance of the application) for the users of the group Enterprise Architecture Repository solution, called KEAR, which is based on the HOPEX software package from MEGA.

Specifically, you will be required to:

  • Respond to standard requests received from users of the architecture tool
  • Dealing with minor incidents and proposing workarounds
  • Perform recurring procedures to keep the solution in operational condition
  • Ensure the maintenance of the application (development of the infrastructure, improvement, correction, monitoring of transactions, monitoring of logs, monitoring of performance, etc.) in partnership with infrastructure teams (GTS)
  • Support for regular actions on the infrastructure (evolution/installation of components, characterization of components, batches, operations on servers)
  • Ensure delivery of changes in production (qualification according to functional tests of changes in production)
  • Participate in updating of monitoring and reporting tools in parallel with the support activity
  • Participate in updating the knowledge base (KB) of the support team
  • Provide the tool training session for users

Profile required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering
  • Advanced level in French and English
  • Working experience in ticketing solution
  • Working experience with enterprise architecture tools is a plus
  • Good comprehension skills as the business and the technical landscapes are complex
  • Able to work with multilingual documentation
  • Understanding of operational risk assessment
  • Know how to cooperate and exchange effectively with colleagues
  • Listen and share his points of view and his expertise by being open
