IT Virtualization Engineer, L3 Chapter Lead
Responsibilities
1. 3rd Level support for desktop, virtualization and ecosystem services in Asiapac
a. Enterprise Active Directory
b. SCCM
c. Symantec SEPM
d. Citrix XenApp / VDI
e. Data Management
f. Windows Desktop Master / Corporate Desktop
g. Print Servers
h. DFS
i. SG Developed User Administration Tools
2. Manage Projects to implement new services, enhance and refresh technologies related to desktop, virtualization and
ecosystem services in Asiapac
3. Monitor all technical platforms, for quality and continual service provisioning, including tracking and alerting
(queues, backups, errors, event logs)
4. Create and maintain technical documentations as well as provide regular training to desktop support teams
5. Collaborate locally, regionally & globally to ensure desktop, virtualization and ecosystem services and processes are
consistent in SG globally
6. Maintain regular contact with Paris DVS Exco and share information with locally and globally
7. Provide guidance to the local technical team on the global directions
8. Act as the link between the technical team and the regional Product Owner
9. Act as the technical team leader for the regional team
Profile required
1. Strong expertise of Windows 7 & 10 desktop OS
2. Strong expertise of Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop
3. Strong expertise in SCCM server/client and administration
4. Knowledge in Enterprise Active Directory administration
5. Knowledge with Symantec SEPM
6. Knowledge of Master Desktop Master
7. Knowledge of Print Services
8. Strong English speaking skills
9. Strong document writing capability
10. Able to work independently, to organize and manage own tasks
11. Team player, positive attitude, good communicator, able to work in a multicultural environment
12. Project management skills and fundamentals

The IT Infrastructure department, Global Technical Services (GTS), is one of the major stakes for the bank and is at the heart of Societe Generale group's strategy.
Today, the Digital Transformation raises important challenges around IT Architecture, Infrastructure and Security. Many of these challenges are opportunities to imagine new experiences for our clients and new way to deliver IT services.
Within the Resources and Innovation division, GTS department plays a key role in the Digital Transformation. With more than 3500 GTS staff located across the world, GTS develops innovative projects while delivering operational excellence for infrastructure services to 133,000 employees and 32 millions external clients.
