Responsibilities

We are seeking to hire a skilled Junior Business Analyst to join the GDO team in the development of the current DDU and CROSS projects.

Specifically, you will be required to:

  • Perform analysis and gathering requirements from the stakeholders (either business or IT)
  • Creating user stories and test cases to assist in the facilitation of user acceptance testing
  • Assisting stakeholders and product owners with analysing and validating business needs and establishing development priorities
  • Acting as a liaison between the development team and the business customers
  • Working closely with own IT team (or others) to enhance applications and ensure adherence to acceptance criteria
  • Propose solutions to both IT & business to simplify the application and/or its workflows
  • Participating in the releases to validate deliveries to production
  • Reporting and alerting the management if risk situations may occur
  • Providing technical and functional support to users in need
  • Provide assistance in case of complex files to CROSS analysts
  • Ensures that CROSS activity complies with the quality indicators associated
  • Provides operational support to CROSS analysts and acts as a Subject Matter Expert for CROSS process.

Profile required

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, banking, foreign languages;
  • French – at least Intermediate level (written and reading);
  • English - at least Intermediate level (written and reading);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Previous KYC knowledge and experience;
  • Desire to learn a variety of different business activities;
  • Experience or interest in working on high scale problems;
  • Analytical skills and process oriented;
  • Meticulous attention to details and strong analytical skills;
  • Excellent collaboration and team spirit, positive attitude;
  • Ability to work under pressure and work as part of the team.
